Sexual Health

Our special interest is in sexual function (and dysfunction) and urinary issues like incontinence. This includes problems like pain with intercourse, loss of libido, and disorders of arousal. We understand that these issues are common, complex, and worthy of a thorough evaluation and multifaceted treatment plan. We will work with you to bring together lifestyle interventions, medication, and physical training as needed.

We can help you get the care you need

At this time we do not contract with any insurance plans. This means that all of our services must be paid for out of pocket with cash or credit. We are able to provide a “superbill” receipt which can be used for healthcare spending account reimbursement and in some cases can be submitted to your insurance plan for reimbursement. If you have insurance, you will probably be able to use it for most medications, lab work, or imaging that we recommend through a pharmacy or outside facility. If you do not have insurance, we will help you to find the best cash prices for these services.

As far as our service line goes, keep in mind that we are a specialty office with a targeted scope of services. Although we expect to expand our service lines as we grow, it is not our goal to be everything for everyone. We are NOT a primary care office. We are NOT an urgent care or emergency care facility. We do NOT have a surgeon on staff. We do NOT prescribe antibiotics for infections unrelated to sexual health. We do NOT prescribe pain medication. At this time, no provider in our center is a psychiatrist or psychologist/therapist/counselor. We do NOT manage complex issues of mental health, trauma counseling, or medication management beyond first line therapies for depression and anxiety.

We partner with other providers in the community and are happy to refer you if you need services that we do not provide directly.
